Al-Marsad newspaper: an official source of the Prosecutor’s Office stated that, on the basis of what was presented by the competent authority regarding the accident of a group of people who harass pedestrians, obstruct traffic and trespass on official vehicles in one of the parks of Hafr Al – Governorate of Batin, the competent prosecutor initiated the investigation procedures on the incident, on the basis of the two articles (15 and 17) of the code of criminal procedure.

The source indicated that the investigation procedures involved (25) people, including (19) citizens and (6) residents.

Investigation procedures revealed that the defendants deliberately wreaked havoc in one of the parks and threw stones at official vehicles as they went about their work to perpetuate the incident and obstruct traffic, and that they were arrested pending their deportation. to the competent court.

The source confirmed that the act committed by the accused is a serious crime requiring arrest, pursuant to the Attorney General’s Decision No. (1), of 1/1/1442 AH, and pursuant to article (112) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, underlining the prohibition of such behaviors that involve violating the safety of men, their vehicles or any of their devices, or that endanger the safety of others, and anything that may prejudice social peace, under penalty of strict criminal responsibility, and the Public Prosecutor will ask for the most severe legal sanctions before the competent court.
