You had to have a good heart (really very good) hanging on this Tuesday, March 23, to watch the new episode of Beijing Express. For this 14th edition, the famous M6 game has given the candidates a breathtaking test… literally.
On Tuesday March 16, the pairs still competing in the Beijing Express hit the road after six months of confinement in France. The shooting having taken place in March 2020 – in the midst of the coronavirus crisis – the M6 teams had been forced to put a big brake on the adventure, which had started in Uganda and which was to continue in Ethiopia. During the last episode of Beijing Express, the candidates still in the race therefore found themselves on a new starting line in Greece! A Covid version that will take them to Turkey, and which is now baptized The route of the 3 continents.
Never seen before in Beijing Express
At the end of the last episode, Nour and Kaoutar came close to elimination during the final duel. It is therefore with a handicap that mother and daughter were able to take to the road for this new episode, in which the candidates competed in three races around Athens. To spice up this new issue of Beijing Express, nothing better than a good old rule that complicates everything! With the rule of “untouchables”, immune pairs are considered untouchable and can make choices between teams of candidates. And it was the party brothers, Pierre-Louis and Arnaud who had this honor after a frantic first race, escaping a second intermediate race rich in thrills.
Indeed, the candidates in competition were confronted with a major test: a bungee jump of 70 meters from the top of the Corinth Canal! But that’s not all. Each candidate who shot the wrong stone, and who must therefore jump, must also remember the names of Greek heroes which are whispered to him by Stéphane Rotenberg in full jump, thanks to a mask screwed on the ears. Yes, you read that right. And to make matters worse, if the candidate fails to remember at least six names, they will have to jump … over and over again. A completely insane ordeal which at first made viewers hallucinate.

If the courageous candidates managed to throw themselves into the void, the mere images of this spectacular leap inevitably send shivers down your spine. On the Web, some are also categorical: they would never rub shoulders with such an adventure!
Others, on the other hand, would absolutely see themselves there, and would even have loved to take the place of the candidates!
Finally, each pair took the plunge, not without screams and extreme palpitations! And these are father and daughter, Christophe and Claire, who were chosen by the party-loving brothers to also become “untouchables”.
