A Saudi tourist exposed to fraud in Egypt “a cup of coffee for 18 thousand riyals” • Newspaper Al Marsad

Al-Marsad newspaper: A Saudi girl documented, through a video clip posted on social media, that she was scammed in a bar in Egypt, where nearly 18,000 riyals were withdrawn from her account in exchange for a cup of coffee, the price of which was 97 riyals.

The girl commented on the video: “Throbak when they robbed me .. coffee in Egypt. They withdrew 5000 instead of 500, and they withdrew in dollars instead of pounds”, about 18 thousand Saudi riyals.

During the video she filmed from inside the bar, the girl said: “The amount has not yet been returned … and this person who refused to return it to me … says I have not paid it.”

And she continued: “I was sitting here and the cameras above were clear … and they didn’t open the cameras. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”
