They are painless, but often annoying: the fine, red blood vessels in the face that are very visible in rosacea. You will never get rid of them completely, but a laser treatment can sometimes bring solace. “Be careful where you have that done,” says dermatologist Stefanie Bracke. “Every laser treatment involves risks, but non-doctors often use less powerful devices, so that the capillaries do not go away and, in the worst case, you can suffer burns or scars.”
