In Poland, 4,739 new cases of Covid-19 were registered on Friday, the highest number since the start of the pandemic.

In terms of the number of new Covid-19 cases, the record in Poland was broken for the third day in a row.
The number of infected people in Poland continues to rise gradually, with an average of 80% more cases registered per day in the last seven days than in the previous seven days.
To date, 116,338 people have been infected with the new coronavirus in Poland, of whom 2,919 have died.
In response to the increase in the number of patients, face masks will be a mandatory requirement in all public places in Poland from Saturday. A maximum of 75 people can be accommodated indoors and the number of people in restaurants, cinemas and gyms will be limited.
