A re-outbreak of coronavirus was detected with nine cases in the Red Cross reception center in Malaga | BE Malaga | Hour 14 Malaga

The Ministry of Health and Families of the Junta de Andalucía has communicated this Tuesday that a re-outbreak has been reported in Malaga due to coronavirus with nine positive cases diagnosed by PCR. A cluster is a group of cases that occur in the same place and time.

The case affects the Malaga Red Cross Reception, Emergency and Referral Center and the number of close contacts under study amounts to 100, these being actively monitored, as reported by the Junta de Andalucía in a statement.

On the other hand, the center has been sectorized and the exits and entrances of users have been suspended; samples have also been taken for laboratory confirmation from all lresidents and workers. The first case of the cluster tested positive on Sunday, June 21, and these actions were carried out in less than 48 hours.
