Batra indicated that cauliflower benefits include:

2. Helps Reduce Cancer Risk Cauliflower is a type of cruciferous vegetable, similar to broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, collard greens, and radishes. These vegetables contain compounds called glucosinolates, which are sulfur-containing chemicals that help suppress the development of cancer in the body.
