As UNIAN reported, on March 29 in Turkey, Kyiv officially presented his proposals under the new system of security guarantees for Ukraine.

We are talking about a non-bloc status in exchange for “security guarantees” with the participation of the Russian Federation and a number of Western countries.

Delegation member David Arakhamia specified that the parties did not sign any documents.

In Britain, they said that Russia was using the negotiations to regroup troops in order to launch a second offensive.
