A married man is on trial for soliciting a 15-year-old girl for sex. Instead, the girl was going to get a phone call. Her mother found out, and so he was picked up by the police.
A man from Tiream, Caraș-Severin, proposed the “business” to the minor, telling her that he would reward her with a mobile phone. The child initially agreed, but changed her mind, the publication says Opinion of Cari.
It all happened in August of last year, on August 18 to be exact, when the individual approached her through the Messenger application.
The girl’s mother saw the message and notified the Police. The minor told the police that at the man’s insistence, she finally accepted, but later changed her mind, then refused to talk to him, whom she suspects she met in the summer of 2022. He took his friend’s apartment.
The man was identified and sent to court for committing the crime of recruiting minors for sexual purposes. The Court of Cara ordered the start of the trial in this case last week, the quoted source says.
