An electric scooter ride ended Herne in hospital. The man had a whopping 5 per thousand in his blood.
NRW – According to Herne Police, a man with a breath alcohol content of 4.96 per thousand caused an accident on an electric scooter. The 42-year-old fell with the vehicle and was seriously injured, police said.

According to previous knowledge, the man lost control of the e-scooter on Friday evening (November 25) and fell to the sidewalk. He was taken to hospital by ambulance for hospital treatment (more news from NRW on RUHR24).
