CHELYABINSK, Jun 28 – RIA News. Police check after killing husky dogs in Sosnovsky district Chelyabinsk region, the suspect in the murder was detained, two administrative protocols have already been drawn up against him, the press service of the Russian Central Internal Affairs Directorate in the region said on Sunday.–

On the video posted on the VKontakte social network on the page dedicated to Chelyabinsk, footage of two women walking with dogs in the Sosnovsky district is shown (one of the women shot the video). Presumably, one of the dogs, the Husky, found the dead duck, grabbed it, but later left it and ran out of the bushes towards the sand pit. On the other side of the career, a man with a gun came out, shouted to the women that he was a duck, and shot the dog three times with an aim. The dog died, the woman began to shout to the man why he did this, and he disappeared behind the quarry.–

“Police officers of the Sosnovsky district detained a man who was born in 1979, who was suspected of killing a dog … A further check is carried out on the fact of cruelty to the animal with a procedural decision being taken within the statutory deadlines,” the statement said.

Currently, 2 administrative protocols have been drawn up for men under Articles 20.8 (violation of the rules for the production, storage, transportation, carrying or accounting of weapons and their ammunition …) and 20.13 (shooting from weapons in designated places in violation of established rules or in places not reserved for this) of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, specified in the message. According to police, the maximum sanction of articles provides for an administrative fine of up to 100 thousand rubles, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, respectively.
