Earthquake with magnitude (M) 4.2 occurred a Jember, East Java. The earthquake does not have the potential for a tsunami.

BMKG reported that the earthquake occurred on Sunday (12/04/2022) at 11:01 PM WIB.

The coordinates of the earthquake occurred at 9.84 south latitude and 113.69 east longitude. The distance to the site of the earthquake was recorded as 182 km southeast of Jember.

The earthquake was centered in the sea with a depth of 10 km.
