A lawyer from Alta Gracia will face an oral trial before the Courts of Córdoba capital. He is accused of sexual abuse against a teenager and gender and domestic violence against his ex-partner and mother of the minor.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the 1st Turn of that city had issued the preventive detention that became effective in March of this year. He is staying at the bárcel de Bouwer since then.
The case
Sources of the case indicated to ElDoce.tv that the ex-partner denounced the lawyer for gender violence, threats and injuries.

During the investigation of these events, the teenager said that he suffered sexual abuse. He is under psychological and psychiatric treatment.
the trial
The lawyer has three cases brought to trial. One for domestic and gender violence, another for crimes against sexual integrity and the third for theft in a supermarket in the area.
Although the trial is in subpoena status, they confirmed to ElDoce.tv that could start end of 2022.
Other complaints
He is accused of illicit association. In addition, to steal a field from Villa Parque Santa Ana and corn that he would later have sold in his name.
