A lamb burger in Saint-André-de-Cubzac

In this episode, France Oberkampf wanted to be the witness and tell the beginning of an adventure in a hybrid place of cultural, social and solidarity cooperation: La Dauge!

TO Saint-André-de-Cubzac, several social and cultural associations have decided to regroup in a large house loaned by the town hall, La Dauge. The idea is to bring together talents to live and to do together. Whoever passes the door is welcomed, can participate in a project, propose one, or be accompanied to use the tools available.

Rue de la Dauge, we invent, we create and we think together. Health crisis requires, the place had to patients before opening. Today is the inauguration and France Oberkampf pushes the door of the house at the same time as his hosts.

France will meet Annabelle, cultural agitator ofassociation of Asques and elsewhere, as well as various collaborators, artists and friends.

And of course, cuisine ! Laurent is a chef in Saint-André-de-Cubzac and he never refuses a collaborative project. When the inhabitants of La Dauge called him, he immediately imagined burgers to do as a group and to eat together. A slow cooking for a local leg of lamb, aromatic plants brought by a neighbor for « twister » mayonnaise… everyone’s tastes and common motivation tie it all together.

This inauguration party will be the occasion to nice encounters and to finally meet for share a good meal.
