A jump in the number of passengers; Adani Airports made a profit

New Delhi – Adani Airports served 14.25 million passengers last year. Officials informed that 100 percent achievement has been achieved in this regard. The company officials also informed that the situation has returned to the pre-Covid situation.

At Adani’s seven airports, domestic passenger traffic rose by 92 per cent and international passenger traffic by 133 per cent. There was a growth of 58 percent in the number of domestic passengers and 61 percent in the number of international passengers. Adani Airport Holding Limited (AAHL)’s excellent performance is due to its sincere service and passenger satisfaction.

Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja International Airport, the second busiest airport in the country, handled 8.44 million passengers during January-February 2023. Out of this, 2.22 million are international passengers and 6.22 million are domestic passengers. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Airport also experienced heavy traffic. 1.74 million domestic passengers arrived here.

0.95 million at Jaipur Airport, 1.04 million at Lucknow Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport, 902,694 at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Airport, the gateway to the Northeast, 299,850 domestic passengers and 299,770 international passengers at Thiruvananthapuram. Company officials also informed that with the coming of holidays, the number of passengers will increase further.
