This winter, the couple of nomadic chefs, who were for a long time at the head of the farm restaurant Le Garde Champêtre, Sayaka Sawaguchi and Gil Nogueira, are coming to Reims, to the historic site of the Ruinart house. For the occasion, the duo is offering a three-part gastronomic experience that goes well with the House’s new Blanc Singulier vintage.
