A publication of the satirical media The Gorafi was censored by Facebook Wednesday October 27. According to the social network, she did not respect her standards “In matters of violence and provocation”, report Phonandroid. The publication was put online Thursday, October 22.
There could be read a quote falsely attributed to Jean Castex : “The next one I see who wears a mask under his nose is a pain in his face”. Gorafi was in fact making a mockery of the measures that the Prime Minister was just announcing at a press conference.

Imperfect algorithms
But the second degree does not seem to have been understood by the automatic moderation of Facebook, which has assimilated the expression “Bread in the mouth” to a threat. This is not the first time that these algorithms have been criticized for their approximations. Even Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted their flaws.
Still, the parody news site did not really appreciate the gesture. The same day the post was taken down, Le Gorafi cracked a disgruntled tweet, to which Facebook France responded to indicate that the post had been put back online.
