Al-Marsad newspaper: A new installment of the “Ahmar Bel Khat Al-Arid” program tackled the issue of bullying, hosting the Lebanese girl “Maya”, who has suffered for years from being described in offensive words by her friends and sisters , and he even dropped out of his school because of these descriptions.
In the episode broadcast on LBCI Lebanon, the girl explained that she considered herself not beautiful, and left school because her classmates described her as “ugly, evil, fairy, black”.
She indicated that she covers the right side of her face and lives with only half a face, saying, “Hiding something black and a birthmark covering my whole face, I hide it because I’m ugly and distorted.”
The girl cried confirming that she received no support from her family or from her teacher at school, when she complained to them that they mistreated her and that they did not take a supportive position towards her, and when her colleagues mistreated her. and they complained about the matter to her teacher, she didn’t do anything, and her parents tell her, “What do we want to do?” .
At the end of the episode, when the host of the show, Malik Maktabi, removed her hair from the other half of her face, revealing a big birthmark under her right eye, and “Maktabi” told “Maya”: “You are very sweet.”
