a free pass for residents of the province of Liège

It is a first in Wallonia. As part of a recovery plan for the tourism economy, the Province of Liège and its Tourism Federation are offering a free pass for residents of the province which will allow them to take advantage, alone or with their family, of discounts and multiples advantages on many tourist sites. Karl Maréchal, for the Tourism Federation of the Province of Liège: “When we talk about tourist site, we aim at the tourism offer in the broadest sense of the term. These are attractions of course, but it is also accommodation, catering or the offer coming from local producers “.

Generate and retain local visitors

Tourism professionals responded directly, as Karl Maréchal points out: “Today, we are reaching more than a hundred offers, discounts, benefits. We could say that tourism professionals have been hit hard in recent months, but they have understood that the goal is to generate a new flow of local visitors. We know that, for the most part, the holidays will take place in Belgium and in Wallonia. Often, we know less about the tourist attractions of our own region. We, we want to get this audience- there and retain it for this summer but also for the following seasons. “

17,000 requests are already registered. To order your pass, go to www.passprovincedeliegetourisme.be.
