A famous actor invests in men’s cosmetics. Debut on NewConnect is planned

True men skin care is a Polish skin care brand created for modern, caring men. As the company emphasizes, the brand’s philosophy is to create cosmetics that provide a simple, daily care ritual, based on the knowledge and achievements of biotechnology and science.

The founder of the brand and the FerrumLabs company is businessman Maciej Adamaszek. He convinced Maciej Zakościelny to his vision. The actor decided to invest in the shares of FerrumLabs SA.

– I am glad that I have become a part of True men skin care and, together with Maciej Adamaszek, I will work on creating a Polish brand of cosmetics for men with which I can identify with the philosophy. I am convinced that the development of the male care industry, which we have been able to observe in the West in recent years, will also take place here. In addition to the possibility of entering a promising industry niche, the pro-ecological production aspect of cosmetics and their high quality were also important for my investment decision – says Maciej Zakościelny,

The first product line of the brand includes a moisturizing day cream and a regenerating face cream for the night. They are available for sale online as well as in beauty and barber salons all over Poland. Thanks to the cooperation with Amazon Prime and cosmetic drugstores Notino and MakeUp, True men skin care cosmetics already reach consumers from over 24 European countries.

The brand also has ambitious financial plans. Within one year from the end of the issue, the company’s goal is to generate annual revenue of PLN 1 million. The next step is to achieve 4.5 million PLN per year within 2 to 3 years from the end of crowdinvesting issue.

Until September 24, FerrumLabs, the owner of True men skin care, is carrying out a public issue of shares with a total value of nearly PLN 1.5 million, representing 20% ​​of the total. all FerrumLabs shares. The offer is run on the Beesfund platform. The purpose of the issue is, among others increasing the scale of production and expanding the range of cosmetics. The company also wants to debut on the NewConnect exchange in 2024.

As FerrumLabs points out, citing Euromonitor data, the global men’s care market was to reach over USD 60 billion in 2020 and triple its revenues from 2015. In turn, Research and Market reports that the men’s cosmetics market was worth nearly $ 70 billion at the end of last year.
