A dream city within a theater

children’s opera. The young members of the Easo Choir yesterday moved their dream city to reality. The Victoria Eugenia hosted the premiere of Hirira, an opera made of cardboard commissioned by the Musical Fortnight. Hirira is an adaptation of the 1930 play written by Paul Hindemith and carried out by Gorka Miranda. But it is something else. It is a pedagogical project that has put young people between the ages of eight and 16 at the center. They have been the ones who have imagined and reflected on what a city should be like.
