A Coruña warns users of the beaches of spring tides that capacity will be restricted | Radio Coruña

The City Council of A Coruña has reported that the attendance at the city’s sandy areas has doubled in the first half of July. There have been 100 assists while in the second half of June there were 54.

So far this month, six people have been rescued from the water and another six taken to medical centers. The city’s first responders have assisted 27 users for superficial injuries and 17 for cuts. 9 people came for scarapot bites.

High tides

The Department of the Environment also warns the users of the beaches of A Coruña that Spring tides are expected this week, so there will be more capacity restrictions in the sandy areas than those that have been living in these weeks. The days 23 and 24 will be, point from the consistory, the most complicated.
