A Coruña: Marineda’s Lefties store opens again after closing due to a positive Covid19 | Radio Coruña

The Union UGT requests that PCR tests be carried out on all personnel who works in the store. The management of the Marineda City Shopping Center indicates that it is constantly monitoring the situation, in coordination with Sergas and the textile company, and indicates that, for the moment, it is a localized and controlled case. The activity of the rest of the businesses open in the center continues normally.

The store closed its doors this Wednesday before the detection of un positive case of coronavirus. The closure has occurred following the indications of the Department of Health, after one of the employees communicated to the company that she had tested positive.

According to company sources, this worker had not been to the store since Saturday. After learning about the case, the Inditex company has contacted Sergas to activate the protocol issued by the health authorities. He has also called the rest of the store staff.

The management of the Marineda City Center maintains continuous contact with the Department of Health and Inditex, as confirmed to Radio Coruña by its manager, Ana López.
