An incompetent teenager hit and killed an 83-year-old woman in Kardzhali, the Ministry of the Interior announced. The accident happened on July 4 at around 9:30 p.m., and a 15-year-old was behind the wheel.
He tested negative for alcohol and drugs. The boy was detained for 24 hours.
