Stellar Industries Acquires Elliott Equipment in strategic Expansion
GARNER, IA - December 2, 2025 - Stellar Industries, a leading manufacturer of work trucks, trailers, and service equipment based in Garner, Iowa, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Elliott Equipment Co. of Omaha, Nebraska.The acquisition, expected to finalize in the first quarter of 2026, marks a significant expansion for Stellar into the aerial work platform, digger derrick, and crane markets.
Elliott Equipment, founded in 1948 and known for pioneering the first truck-mounted telescoping aerial platform, serves the utility infrastructure, municipal, construction, and sign and lighting industries. This move allows Stellar to broaden its portfolio of lifting and work-at-height solutions, strengthening its position across key sectors.Elliott Equipment will continue to operate as a separate business unit under Stellar, retaining its Omaha facilities, brand identity, dealer network, and current employees, with Jim Glazer remaining as president.
