Your Tasks:

*‌ Collaborate with department management and leadership in the co-creation of our marketing strategy.
* Independently manage and implement marketing projects.
* Develop compelling content – independently prepare text and image materials for our social media channels, coordinating with ⁣department​ management.
* Create professional documents (presentations, brochures,​ etc.) adhering to our company’s Corporate ​Identity (CI).
* Prepare data and generate reports to optimize our marketing efforts.
* ‌ ‌ Support the ‌sales team with ⁤data ‍planning and ‍administrative tasks.
* ​ Coordinate effectively ⁤with⁣ internal departments​ and external agencies.

Your Qualifications:

* Completed studies in Marketing/Sales, Communication/Media Sciences,​ or a comparable field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Experience working‍ with external service providers (advertising agencies, photographers, etc.).
* ‌Demonstrated ⁢interest and experience in social⁤ media management.
* Experience in employer branding is a plus.
* Fluency in both German and English.
* High degree of initiative ⁣and ability to work independently.
* ⁤Strong communication ‍skills and a creative mindset.
