Sorrento Archdiocese Announces 2026 Wedding Readiness Itinerary
The Archdiocese of Sorrento-Castellammare di Stabia is launching its fifth annual diocesan itinerary designed to support couples preparing for marriage. This program offers a unique opportunity for engaged couples,notably those facing scheduling constraints due to work or studies,to participate in comprehensive marriage preparation.
This initiative addresses a growing need for accessible and in-depth marriage preparation beyond conventional parish-based courses. The itinerary provides over 12 hours of activity, encompassing catechesis, dialog, shared experiences, study, and reflection, fostering a supportive surroundings for couples to build a strong foundation for their future together. The program aims to create “a unique and precious climate… that of the things that remain,” according to organizers.
The 2026 itinerary will be offered on two weekends: March 6-7 and March 21-22.The program contribution is €100 per couple, covering the cost of four meals.
