Columbus is set to welcome its first location of The Port of Peri Peri,a popular flame-grilled chicken chain expanding from Illinois into dozens of other states. The new restaurant will be located at 2540 Bethel Rd.
The Port of Peri Peri distinguishes itself with a 24-hour marination process using homemade sauces, resulting in all-natural, vegetarian-fed chicken grilled to order. This arrival offers Columbus residents a new option in the growing fast-casual dining scene, catering to both meat-eaters and vegetarians with a dedicated menu for the latter. The chain’s expansion into Ohio signals a growing demand for flavorful, healthier alternatives to customary fried chicken.
