Paris Baguette Invests $200 million in first U.S. Manufacturing Facility
Paris Baguette, the South Korean bakery chain, has commenced construction on its inaugural U.S. manufacturing plant in Burleson, Texas. The 267,000-square-foot facility, situated on 37 acres south of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, represents a notable investment of over $200 million and aims too streamline the company’s North American supply chain.
Currently, paris Baguette relies on imported frozen dough from Korea and China. This new facility will localize production, enabling the brand to deliver fresher products and accelerate distribution to its growing network of cafés. The company currently operates 210 locations across North America,with 57 new stores opening in 2024 alone.
JE Dunn has been selected as the general contractor,partnering with design firm CRB to bring the project to fruition. Both companies bring specialized expertise in the food and beverage industry.

Darren Tipton, General Manager of Paris Baguette America, emphasized the strategic importance of the plant. “Today marks more than the start of construction – it’s the foundation of Paris Baguette’s future in the United States,” he said.”We’re building momentum, innovation and the ability to bring heart, joy and nourishment to even more communities.”
CRB’s Vice President of Food and Beverage, Tom Rychlewski, highlighted the design focus on efficiency and scalability. “We are designing and building a plant that will support Paris Baguette’s operational goals from day one and adapt to future demand with speed and certainty.”
The facility is projected to be completed in the summer of 2027 and is a crucial step towards Paris Baguette’s goal of operating 1,000 cafés across North America by 2030.
