Google Launches New course to Share Two Decades of Management Research
Google is now offering its internal management expertise to the public with the launch of
The four core topics covered are:
* Create a high-performing team: Focusing on building community and driving impact.
* Set and achieve team goals: Developing strategies for clear goal setting and effective work allocation.
* Support individual growth and development: Learning to coach and provide feedback that inspires growth.
* grow as a manager: Investing in self-reflection and continuous learning.
More than a dozen Google leaders contribute to the course, sharing their real-world experiences, personal stories, and diverse leadership styles. A key component of the program is integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a collaborative tool. participants will gain hands-on experience using AI tools like Gemini and NotebookLM to assist with tasks such as creating SMART goals, developing project plans, and tailoring communications.
Google is collaborating with organizations including E.W.scripps, Shutterstock, the University of Illinois’ Gies College of Business, and Florida State University to offer the course to their employees and students.This initiative reflects Google’s commitment to helping individuals develop skills for career advancement.
