Son of Stuart Pearce Dies: Young Farmer Killed in Cotswolds Tractor Crash

A 21-year-old man has died following ⁤a collision involving a tractor in Gloucestershire, police have confirmed. ‌He has been named as Harley Pearce, son of former England international footballer Stuart Pearce.

The⁢ incident occurred on the ‍A417 Old Birdlip Hill, near witcombe, Gloucester, on October 16th. Harley Pearce, from Marlborough, Wiltshire, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Stuart Pearce, who earned 78‍ caps for England and briefly managed the national ​team in 2012, has two children, with Harley being the younger.

In a statement released through ​Gloucestershire Police, the family said: “Our family ⁤is truly ⁤shocked ‌and utterly‌ heartbroken at the loss of our cherished ‌son ​and ​devoted brother, Harley.

“A ‌soul who left an unforgettable imprint on all who knew ⁤him.

“He was ‌a golden boy with​ an infectious ⁤smile,‍ and this shocking tragedy will leave ‍a huge hole in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to ⁢have known⁤ him.

“With a quiet, understated strength and deep kindness, we are​ so proud ​of​ the young man he had​ become, exhibiting a fantastic work ethic‌ and entrepreneurial​ spirit in⁣ the farming industry.

“He will always be our‌ shining star.​ Rest in peace, our lovely son and brother. You will never ever be forgotten.”

Police have ‌requested ⁢that the family’s privacy be respected. ⁢ Investigators are appealing for⁣ witnesses, ‍and anyone with relevant dashcam footage,‌ to come forward.
