Mike Tindall, the⁣ former England ‌rugby star and husband of Zara Tindall, turns 45 today, October 18th. From world Cup champion to devoted family man, Tindall’s life has​ been marked by sporting success and a uniquely grounded royal connection.

Born in 1978, ​Mike Tindall enjoyed a celebrated career ​as a professional rugby⁣ union⁣ player,​ notably as ⁣part of ⁣the England national team that ‍won ⁢the 2003 Rugby World Cup. He was also a multiple winner of the Six ⁤Nations ‌championship.
