Dimitrov-Guerin Crowned Pro-Am Champions Ahead of Misano Final

Putera & Levet Dominate‌ Lamborghini Super ⁤Trofeo Europe weekend with Back-to-Back Wins

SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, Belgium – Adam Putera and Paul Levet (#6 VSR) achieved⁤ a stunning clean sweep of victories at Spa-Francorchamps‌ this weekend in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series, marking a triumphant return after missing the Nürburgring ‌round. The duo secured wins in both races, solidifying⁢ their championship challenge.

Putera took the checkered flag in race one, holding off a late charge⁤ from Strignano on the final lap. ‌”It’s been a really amazing weekend, I couldn’t have asked for more, I am really, really happy,” said ⁣Putera. “I ⁢would be lying if I said I was not stressed on the final lap but I knew that overtaking ⁤here is very arduous and it would be hard for [Strignano] ⁢ to pass, so I just put my car in the middle of the‍ road.”

Levet echoed the sentiment, praising the team effort. “It’s such a team effort, Adam did a fantastic first stint and gave me a lot to fight with in the second stint. It’s incredible to work with him, not only as a ⁤team-mate ‍but ‌as a friend. We are the‌ perfect combination, and we did a great job all weekend with these two victories. ⁢To come back after missing Nürburgring, is really amazing; I pushed as much as I could, and I am so happy to get these wins.”

Elsewhere on the grid, the #27 CMR team, with Lemeret at the wheel, secured a win on Sunday after initially leading race one. Perolini, driving the #61 Huracán, also claimed a victory, leading after the second restart.
