World Vision Seeks Consultant for Major Water Security Project Evaluation in East Asia
World Vision east Asia Region (EASRO) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a consultant to conduct baseline and endline evaluations for the BASIN project, a meaningful initiative focused on water security.The comprehensive evaluation will assess the project’s effectiveness,efficiency,relevance,impact,and sustainability,with a strong emphasis on Gender Equality,Diversity,and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and Environmental and Social Safeguards Assessments (ESSCA).
The BASIN Project aims to address critical water challenges across East Asia. This evaluation is crucial for ensuring accountability to the Australian Department of Foreign affairs and Trade (DFAT), the project’s funder, and for informing future programming. The selected consultant will employ a mixed-methods approach – combining quantitative and qualitative data collection – alongside systems change analysis. Deliverables include detailed inception reports,data analysis,comprehensive baseline and evaluation reports,presentations to stakeholders,and cleaned datasets.
