To claim any prize, winners must present the following documentation: the original, signed winning ticket with accompanying ID and fingerprint; a photocopy of their ID; a photocopy of the winning ticket; and a bank certification. For prizes exceeding $20 million COP, a certification of authenticity from the ticket printing supplier is also required.
