SAN JOSE, CA – april 16, 2025 – The San Jose Barracuda have clinched a playoff position in the American Hockey League (AHL), finishing the 2025 regular season with 81 points. This marks the team’s sixth postseason appearance in its history.The Barracuda concluded the regular season as part of the Pacific Division, alongside division winner Colorado Eagles (94 points), Abbotsford Canucks (92 points), Ontario Reign (90 points), Coachella Valley Firebirds (84 points), and Calgary Wranglers (81 points). Tucson Roadrunners also finished with 74 points, alongside Bakersfield Condors and San Diego Gulls.
