PARIS, FRANCE – Seiko and Bamford Watch Department have announced a limited-edition collaboration, resulting in a unique take on the Seiko 5 Sports model. Just 2,025 numbered pieces worldwide will be available starting October 2025, offering collectors an accessible entry point into the world of collaborative watchmaking.
this partnership blends Seiko’s renowned mechanical expertise with Bamford’s signature customization aesthetic. The Seiko 5 Sports X Bamford features a 42.5mm stainless steel case, a rotating bezel, and a luminous skeletal dial. A distinctive detail is the day-date wheel, displaying the day in both English and Kanji – a symbolic nod to the Japanese origins of Seiko and the British roots of Bamford.
The watch is powered by an internal automatic movement, Seiko Caliber 4R36, providing a 41-hour power reserve. subtle branding includes the Bamford logo at 6 o’clock and on the NATO strap’s clasp. The NATO strap itself incorporates neon orange accents, adding a contemporary touch.
