Lauren Jauregui is receiving support from her former Fifth Harmony bandmates as she competes on Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars. Normani and Ally Hernandez have both expressed excitement and offered advice to Jauregui as she navigates the competition, according to People magazine.
Fifth Harmony’s connection to DWTS predates Jauregui’s participation. The group previously performed ”All in My Head (Flex)” during the Season 23 finale in 2016 and “Worth It” during the Season 22 finale in 2015. Jauregui shared with People that Normani specifically advised her to “Have so much fun…take it a step at a time, and just be as present as possible and enjoy it because it goes by really fast,” a sentiment Jauregui has already found to be true.
Jauregui is competing alongside Danielle Fishel (Boy Meets world), scott Hoying (Pentatonix), olympic gold medalist Jordan Chiles, Hilaria Baldwin, Alix Earle, and Dylan Efron on the current season of DWTS. This appearance follows Fifth Harmony’s recent reunion on August 31, where they performed ”Work From Home” and “Worth It” at a Jonas Brothers concert in Dallas, Texas-their first performance as a four-piece since beginning an indefinite hiatus in 2017.
