He believes the current framework contains too many loopholes.

Trump management Unveils Three-Phase Withdrawal Plan

Prime Minister Netanyahu announced on Tuesday his intention to brief his government on the details of a ceasefire plan presented by US President Donald Trump on Monday. Upon his return to Israel from the United States, Netanyahu stated, “In Washington, I reached an understanding with President Trump on a framework to release all our hostages, and to achieve all the goals of the war we set.”

The White House unveiled the plan Monday evening,outlining a phased withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza. According to the official statement, the withdrawal will be contingent upon, and linked to, verifiable disarmament agreements negotiated between the Israeli Defense Forces, Israeli security services, Palestinian factions, and the United States.

The plan proposes a three-stage withdrawal process. The White House indicated that immediate cessation of hostilities would follow mutual agreement on the plan’s terms.
