Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt to Compete on “celebrity Weakest Link” September 29
Reality television mainstays Heidi montag and Spencer Pratt are among the celebrities slated to appear on the September 29 episode of NBC’s “Celebrity Weakest Link,” testing their knowledge and alliances in a high-stakes game show surroundings. The episode, hosted by Jane Lynch, will also feature actress Vivica A. Fox, comedian Fortune Feimster, and “queer Eye” star Karamo Brown.
“Celebrity Weakest Link” revives the popular game show format, challenging eight celebrities each episode to answer general knowledge questions and strategically vote out their competitors. Each correct answer adds money to the prize pot, wich the winning celebrity donates to their chosen charity. The show premiered on NBC September 26, and aims to blend celebrity appeal with the classic tension of the original series, which ran from 2000-2002 in the UK and briefly in the US. Montag and Pratt,known for their appearances on MTV’s “The Hills,” are expected to bring their signature competitive spirit - and potential for drama - to the game.
