This position arrives as the Alliance continues to expand its conservation efforts and employee base, necessitating a robust and efficient HR infrastructure. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Alliance’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). this includes managing data integrity, generating reports, and assisting with system upgrades. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and HR knowledge, impacting all employees across the San Diego zoo, Safari Park, and institute for Conservation Research.
