League of Legends Patch 25.18 now Live: T1 Celebrated, Balance Tweaks & account Crackdown

Breaking Changes & Balance Updates

Riot Games has deployed patch 25.18, celebrating the 2024 World Championship winners, T1, with commemorative skins. this update focuses on refinement adn follow-up adjustments to existing champions and items,rather than introducing sweeping changes.

Key balance adjustments include a buff to Bami’s cinder, enhancing its effectiveness for junglers. Quality-of-life improvements have been implemented for Illaoi, and the patch marks the first significant nerfs for champions Yunara, Qiyana, and Sylas when played in the jungle.

Game Mode Updates

Players who enjoy alternative game modes will find updates to ARAM, Doom Bots, and Arena. These updates aim to enhance the experience and provide fresh challenges within these popular formats.

Additional Features & improvements

Beyond balance changes, patch 25.18 brings back “Your Shop,” offering personalized skin recommendations. Updates have also been made to the game tracking data introduced in the previous patch. Summoner’s Rift Clash is also returning.

Account Security & Fair Play

Riot Games is taking a firm stance against unfair play. The company will begin issuing bans and punishments to players utilizing botted or purchased accounts, as well as those engaging in account boosting. This initiative aims to maintain a competitive and fair habitat for all players.
