DUBAI – Sheikha Mahra Mohammed Rashed Al Maktoum, daughter of Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Greek national Zoe Grigorakos (also known as Christina), is reportedly engaged to American rapper French Montana. The engagement, signaled by a prominent ring and confirmed by multiple sources, comes months after Sheikha Mahra’s highly public separation from Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum.
Sheikha Mahra, who studied international relations in London and graduated in 2023, married Sheikh Mana on May 27, 2023. The couple share a daughter. Their marriage lasted just over a year.
In July 2024,Sheikha Mahra announced her divorce on Instagram with a message referencing the Islamic practice of triple talaq,stating,”Dear husband,as you are busy with other women,I declare our divorce by the present. I divorce, I divorce, I divorce.”
Following the breakup, Sheikha Mahra launched a perfume named “Divorce” and presented it to French Montana during his visit to Dubai in October 2024, marking a turning point in her personal life.
The Princess of Dubai’s personal fortune is estimated at $300 million, according to the Daily Mail, while her family’s wealth is valued between $18 and $20 billion. French Montana’s net worth is reported to be $50 million.
