Ceragem’s ‘I Love My Body Challenge’ Sees Strong Results, Highlights Growing focus on Preventative Health
Seoul, South Korea – A recent health challenge hosted by Ceragem has demonstrated critically important success in helping participants improve their health and build lasting wellness habits. “I Love My Body Challenge Season 2,” concluded this week, with a remarkable 76% of participants reporting positive health changes, according to a company announcement made on december 12th.
Teh challenge leverages Ceragem’s “Sarah Check” healthcare measurement service, readily available at its Well cafe & Lounge experience centers. Sarah Check provides accessible body composition analysis, blood pressure readings, and stress index assessments – offering a simple first step for individuals looking to proactively manage their health.
Participants committed to weekly body fat percentage measurements over a four-week period, fostering a continuous health monitoring program designed to encourage lifestyle improvements. The results speak for themselves: 61% of those completing the program successfully lost weight and reduced body fat.
This season’s success is attributed to a revamped group-based participation model, pairing store coaches with customers for enhanced support and accountability. The accessibility of the Ceracheck service within the Well Cafe & Lounge also lowered barriers to entry, contributing to wider program adoption.
Notably, the challenge saw increased participation from the 40-50 age demographic, representing 56.3% of all participants – a trend Ceragem attributes to a growing interest in “slow aging” and preventative healthcare. Participation from those aged 60 and over also increased compared to last season, reaching 29.4%.
Ceragem is rewarding top performers with prizes including its flagship Celltron Circulation Chair, “Balance” water purifiers, the “Glass Stimul S” home ultrasonic medical device, collagen cosmetics, scalp management devices, and ampoule sets.
“We’re thrilled to see so many participants experience tangible health improvements, and the team-based approach clearly boosted motivation and engagement,” said a Ceragem official.”We plan to continue developing ‘I Love My Body Challenge’ as a cornerstone program driving positive health changes for our customers.”
