Nicolay Ramm Reflects on Half Marathon Despite Mid-Race Struggles, Eyes Future Comeback
Norwegian TV personality Nicolay Ramm completed the Oslo Half Marathon on Saturday, despite experiencing significant physical difficulties during the race, and is now fueled by an outpouring of support and a desire to prove himself. Ramm, known for his comedic sports program “Totally Frame Sports” on NRK, finished the 21.1km course, but was visibly struggling throughout.Ramm says the messages following the race focused on his perseverance despite his physical challenges.”Irrespective of the result, it is very inspiring to get it with a body that did not work during the race,” was a common sentiment. He expressed gratitude for the encouragement, stating it provides motivation for a strong comeback. Ramm also jokingly lamented failing to overtake Emil Gukild, who ran a personal best of 1:28:51 and recently joined Petter NorthugS “Team Burger king Northug.”
