Later, self-reliant experimentation while cooking for older brothers proved crucial.”There were a lot of fails at the start, but that’s how I learned,” they admitted, explaining how these early attempts fostered an understanding of flavor and technique.
For this contestant, food is fundamentally about connection. ”It’s how we connect, celebrate, and create memories. I just love seeing people smile when they eat something I’ve made.”
Their preferred ingredients reflect a commitment to simplicity and flavour. Fresh herbs – parsley, coriander, thyme, rosemary, oregano, dill, and mint – are central to their cooking style, described as “hearty, soulful food, packed with flavour.” Staples like onions, garlic, paprika, and olive oil also feature prominently, with onions being especially valued for their versatility and comforting qualities. They also highlighted the importance of Osem chicken stock, stating, “I use it in everything from soups to sauces to stews, it just gives that extra layer of flavour that ties everything together.”
Driven by a desire to share their passion, the contestant entered masterchef 2025 to “show my culinary skills and my infused Mediterranean and eastern European routes.” They expressed eagerness to learn and embrace challenges, with a long-term goal of becoming “the best chef and to share my all-time favorite meals.” Cooking, they revealed, is a therapeutic outlet: “When I come home from a busy day at work, I find that cooking just calms me down and all of a sudden I have loads of energy.”
Beyond personal ambition, this hopeful harbours a strong desire to use their culinary skills for social good.
