Baylor College of Dentistry Celebrates 120 Years with Record Scholarship Support for Future Aggie dentists

DALLAS, TX ⁣- As Baylor college⁣ of Dentistry marks​ 120 years of educating dental professionals ⁢in Texas, the college is bolstering​ its commitment too accessibility with a surge in student financial aid. Building on a tradition of affordability – boasting one of the ⁢lowest costs of attendance among national dental schools‍ – Baylor ​is prioritizing expanded scholarship opportunities for aspiring dentists.

The college’s dedication to student support reached a new high last year, ⁢with every member ⁢of the dental class ⁣receiving scholarship ‌assistance. “anytime we can help offset​ the cost of school for⁤ students who have earned thier spot in ⁤our ​program, it makes a difference,” said college spokesperson Garcia. ⁣Spence​ added, ‍”Last year, we proudly offered more⁢ scholarships than ‍ever before, and everyone in⁤ the dental class​ earned something.”

This commitment ‌extends beyond the college itself,with ‌alumni actively investing​ in the next generation. the Class of 1998 ⁢recently⁤ established the Baylor College of Dentistry Class of ’98 Endowed Scholarship,​ designed to ‍ease​ the financial burden for future ​Aggie dentists pursuing‍ their careers.The increased⁢ scholarship funding comes at a critical time for Texas,which⁤ faces‍ growing demand for dental hygienists and providers.
