Kaitlyn‌ Bristowe Reveals Struggle with Pain Medication Following Breast Augmentation

Three months after undergoing⁢ breast​ augmentation surgery, kaitlyn Bristowe, a star of bachelor⁤ Nation, shared a candid ⁣account ​of her recovery, ⁤emphasizing the importance​ of post-operative care.

In an instagram Stories Q&A on August⁣ 21,Bristowe disclosed that she ⁤”forgot my whole pill taking schedule ⁣and got a little addicted to pain ⁢meds,” calling the experience “scary,” as reported by Us Weekly. She urged anyone considering similar surgery⁤ to “make sure someone is taking care ​of you” during the healing process.

The 40-year-old also advised followers to “trust” their doctor and avoid​ making notable‍ decisions or ⁣engaging in activities like ⁢shopping promptly ⁢after the procedure. “Don’t do any social media, make decisions​ or⁤ shop,” she wrote. “I couldn’t stop shopping and⁤ I barely remember.”

Bristowe has been open ‌about her history with cosmetic procedures. She previously revealed, in a 2021 post on X (formerly Twitter), that she had‌ undergone ⁤a brow lift ⁣and microblading ⁤as appearing​ on Chris Soules’ season ‌of “The Bachelor” in 2015. She ⁢also shared that she had⁣ received lip fillers and had her teeth “bonded.” ⁢at the time, she⁣ also ‍noted she had “finally learned how to contour” and “put on some weight.”

In December, Bristowe underwent‍ blepharoplasty, a surgical procedure⁢ to remove excess skin and fat from⁤ the upper eyelids, to address what she described as ⁣a‌ “very hooded ⁢lid.” She ‌ shared her decision with followers, hoping to reduce her reliance on Botox.

“It was something‌ that had bothered⁣ me⁢ for a very long time,” she explained on ​Instagram in January.”I’ve also wanted to tone down the Botox, so I figured that getting a bleph would⁢ help me open⁤ that eye without getting all the botox.” She⁢ emphasized that ​she was ⁢simply sharing her personal journey and ⁣not advocating for others to undergo‍ the same procedure.
