A seismic event with a shallow hypocenter,located just three kilometers beneath the surface,struck the Campi Flegrei area on Monday. The epicenter of the earthquake was registered approximately two kilometers from the coastal city of Pozzuoli. Authorities have confirmed that the tremor caused no injuries or damage to property.

This recent seismic activity follows a series of tremors in the same region. Just three days prior, the Campi Flegrei experienced two earthquakes measuring magnitudes of 3.6 and 3.7, respectively.The National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) provided the data for these seismic events.
