Idaho hiker mistaken for Travis Decker, fugitive child murder suspect

BREAKING: Manhunt Intensifies for Travis Decker, Suspect in Triple Homicide of Three Girls in Washington

Authorities are actively pursuing travis Decker, a suspect wanted in connection with the murders of three young girls in Washington state. the Chelan County sheriff’s Office, along with multiple local and federal agencies, are involved in the ongoing search. Decker is believed to be driving a 2017 white GMC Sierra with Washington license plate D20165C.

The grim finding of the girls’ bodies was made on June 2 at the Rock Island Campground in leavenworth, Washington. A Chelan County sheriff’s deputy located Decker’s truck at the campground around 4 p.m. The three victims were found approximately 75 to 100 yards away,down an embankment,according to court documents. Each girl had a plastic bag over her head, and their wrists showed signs of being zip-tied. Investigators also found two bloody handprints on the tailgate of the pickup truck.

Decker is facing charges of three counts of aggravated first-degree murder and kidnapping. While authorities have issued a warning that Decker should be considered armed and dangerous, they have stated there is no current indication he poses a broader threat to public safety.

The U.S. Marshals Service has announced a $20,000 reward for any information that leads to Decker’s apprehension.An updated flyer has been released by authorities,depicting potential alterations Decker may have made to his appearance as he remains at large.
